They tried to open my room door without my request or a sign. Ultimately, they blamed a cleaner who I have not seen before for the problem, either way no one should ever try open your door without knocking. This is rude and disrespectful. There is an overt amount of foreign interference and I don't appreciate the aggressive undertone I felt from the foreign men who frequent and seem to lay some type of claim at the hotel. Ultimately, the hotel made me feel unsafe for the first time in Thailand and it's not good! Solo people and couples be aware of this hotel for the following reasons.

Ciao, a tutto lo STAFF sono stato veramente bene la camera era bellissima e pulitissima. Ogni mattina la ragazza che fa le pulizie ci cambia gli asciugamani ci rifornisce il sapone, il caffè lo zucchero, 2 boccette d'acqua. La la cosa più incredibile che oltre a questo ti danno anche gli spazzolini per lavarsi i denti incluso il dentifricio. L'hotel è fornito di ascensore e le camere sono con il balcone. Credo che a potong al prezzo che ho pagato non si trova un hotel con queste qualità. Il nuovo management è danese con un menù danese sono veramente dei professionisti. Poi c'è il bar all'entrata con tutte le ragazze che sono gentilissime e mi sono veramente tanto divertito. Poi c'è la manager del bar miss MIU.... I LOVE YOU XXXX GRAZIE DI CUORE ❤ ❤ ❤

Awful, overpriced place. Receptionist didn't return us our deposit. Wierd smell everywhere. Rooms dirty and very old equipment. Never again Phuket! It's the worst place in whole Thailand and never again this hotel. Everyone should avoid it!
